A highly regarded secondary school in Wood Green (N21) is seeking a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025.

In this rewarding role, you will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism and behavioural challenges, both within the classroom and through targeted intervention work. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to help students stay engaged, develop key skills, and thrive in a supportive mainstream setting.

We are looking for someone who:

-Has experience supporting young people with SEN

-Brings a calm, patient, and resilient attitude

-Is passionate about inclusive education and behaviour support
