About the Role
Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northolt, Ealing.
The ideal candidates will be supporting a class of 10 students ages 4-7 years old, with complex and profound learning difficulties, and some personal care will be required.

You’ll be supporting pupils with Complex and Profound Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through a combination of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide 1:1 support in line with EHCPs
-Deliver small group sessions and targeted interventions
-Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
-Support and contribute to IEPs
-Encourage communication, social, and independence skills
-Monitor progress and provide feedback
Requirements
-Experience using PECS (essential)
-Experience supporting children with Autism (ideally primary)
-Willingness to assist with personal care
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
