Axcis Education is proud to be working in partnership with a number of schools across Tameside as they focus on their September 2025 recruitment. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) who are ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.

These schools are seeking strong TAs to join their teams on a full-time basis, supporting students across Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and SEND settings.

Role Details:

Location: Tameside (including Ashton, Stalybridge, Hyde, and surrounding areas)
Start Date: September 2025
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, term time
Pay: £85–£95 per day (dependent on experience and role responsibilities)
Contract Type: Long-term, with potential for permanent opportunities

We are looking for TAs who:

- Have previous experience working in a school or SEND setting
- Are passionate about supporting children with a range of needs
- Can work effectively 1:1 or in small groups
- Are proactive, positive, and adaptable
- Hold or are willing to obtain a DBS on the Update Service
