Contract: Fixed-term until 31 December 2025

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client, and Corporate Services. Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to support their People & Culture team during a period of strategic transformation and operational growth.

As Assistant Manager, you will contribute to the effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, provide HR advisory support across jurisdictions, and assist in delivering key projects aligned with the organisation’s People Strategy. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a progressive business with a strong commitment to culture, development, and employee engagement.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes.
• Preparing employee documentation including contracts and policy amendments.
• Ensuring data integrity across People & Culture systems and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting and advising managers on employee relations matters.
• Assisting in the delivery of key people projects and engagement initiatives.
• Providing administrative support for training and development programmes.
• Supporting regulatory tasks such as background screening and work permits.
• Contributing to the ongoing review and implementation of HR policies and systems.
• Supporting internal communications and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Line managing and mentoring junior team members in line with organisational values.

The ideal candidate will have:
The successful applicant will bring a relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience, with demonstrable understanding of employment legislation. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a proactive and flexible approach. Proven experience supporting HR processes, a high level of discretion, and a collaborative mindset are key to succeeding in this role.
