Description
This 4-month contract role sits within the Trust & Corporate team and involves the administration of a varied portfolio of trust and company structures. The position combines hands-on client administration with team support, assisting the Manager with day-to-day operations while maintaining responsibility for an individual client portfolio.
The role requires close liaison with clients, intermediaries and internal teams to ensure high service standards and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Administration of trust and corporate structures, including transactions, payments and asset administration
• Drafting minutes, resolutions and client documentation
• Liaising with clients and intermediaries, ensuring timely responses
• Preparing for and attending client meetings
• Supporting onboarding and termination of structures
• Maintaining client due diligence, risk assessments and periodic reviews
• Providing guidance and day-to-day support to administrators
• Contributing to management meetings and client committee presentations
Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an administrative role within fiduciary services
• Strong understanding of trust and corporate administration and regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting or supervising junior team members
• Professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
