Our client is one of the leading telecom and broadband services companies seeking to recruit a Temporary Customer Greeter, Jersey until September 2026.

Overall purpose of the role:

• To provide an efficient, professional support service to customers enquiring about purchasing, products and services sold by the company, including mobile and residential services.
• To mange a customer waiting list so all customers are seen by a member of the sales or support team
• To make sure all customers have a clear understanding of how long they may have to wait to be seen
• To exude a confidence that will put customers at ease
• To greet all customers with a friendly and warm demeanour

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for putting the customer first
• Previous sales experience
• Appreciation of the importance of customer service

Highly desirable:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Keyboard skills
• An understanding of modern retail technology
• An understanding of, or interest in mobile technology
• Demonstrate an interest in current and future technology
