Description

Our client specialises in offering life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions to a global audience is seeking to recruit a Temporary File Review Administrator, Guernsey for a period of 6 months.

Overall purpose of the role:

• To work as part of the Unit Linked Operations team in performing client file reviews and offering advice and recommendations to the operational teams in order to maintain effective client records.
• Responsible for review and input of information held on customers, including review and extraction of key information that is held on our customer files and records.
• Based on this information, updated customer risk assessments will be carried out. Performing data control business as usual tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ideally 2 years’ experience within the finance industry with file review / CDD / AML experience.
• Experience in CRM databases and systems
• Knowledge of GFSC, AML, CDD and Risk requirements
• Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft365, Adobe, website management
