Traffic Marshal Required

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Traffic Marshal to join our team on a temporary basis for upcoming works. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity for ongoing assignments based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage vehicle movements safely on site.
Ensure the safe movement of pedestrians around work areas.
Communicate clearly with drivers, site operatives, and visitors.
Monitor site access and maintain traffic management procedures.
Assist with maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Follow site health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification or certification.
CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site).
Previous experience working on construction or civil engineering sites.
Good communication skills.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
