The Role
This is a permanent opportunity within a fast-growing Transformation Team. The Transformation Officer will play a key role in supporting organisational change, with responsibilities centred on data management, project support, and process improvement through technology, automation, and analytics.
The role will provide operational support to project leaders while working closely with teams across the business to improve data quality, streamline processes, and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee data management processes and support improvements to data integrity and quality
• Gather, interpret, and summarise data from multiple sources to support decision-making
• Use data analysis tools and remain up to date with emerging technologies, including automation and AI
• Support and guide less experienced team members
About You
• Strong technical understanding of business transformation and technology enhancement
• Experience supporting projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Experience working with data and analytics; PowerBI experience would be desirable but is not essential
• Proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines with appropriate support
