Our client, a well-established international fiduciary and financial services business, is looking for a Trust Administrator to join its Guernsey team.
The position is available on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis, offering flexibility depending on the successful candidate's circumstances.
You will support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, working closely with experienced colleagues in a professional and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the administration of trust and company structures.
• Prepare correspondence, banking instructions and financial reports.
• Complete simple bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Ensure work complies with AML requirements, internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate time records and support general team administration.
• Assist with ad hoc fiduciary projects when required.
About You
Our client is open to candidates at different stages of their career. Previous trust, corporate or financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
You should have:
• Education to A-level standard or equivalent.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and organised approach.
• An interest in developing a career within trust and fiduciary services.
Candidates with previous experience may already hold or be working towards STEP, CIFA or another relevant professional qualification.
