Our client is a well-established, director-led private client firm with a long-standing presence in Guernsey. The business supports high-net-worth individuals and families with trust and corporate services and is recognised for its professional standards and collaborative culture.
This is a permanent opportunity within the business, suitable for candidates at Administrator or Senior Administrator level, depending on experience. Strong entry-level candidates and individuals with 1–2 years’ trust experience will also be considered.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the administration of trusts and companies, working alongside senior colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service. The role offers broad exposure to trust and corporate administration within a supportive and professional environment.
Candidate Profile
Administrator level:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to organise workload with support
Senior Administrator level:
• Sound understanding of trust and company administration
• STEP or CGI qualification completed or in progress (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
