Our client is a well-established, director-led private client firm with a long-standing presence in Guernsey. The business supports high-net-worth individuals and families with trust and corporate services and is known for its professional standards, collaborative culture, and commitment to long-term client relationships.

This is a permanent opportunity within a trust and corporate services team, suitable for candidates at Administrator or Senior Administrator level, depending on experience.

The Role
The successful candidate will support the administration of trusts and companies, working closely with senior team members to deliver a high standard of client service. The role offers exposure to a broad range of trust and corporate administration activities in a progressive and supportive environment.

Candidate Profile

Administrator level:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to organise workload with support
• A collaborative approach and commitment to client service

Senior Administrator level:
• Sound understanding of trust and company administration processes
• STEP or CGI qualification completed or in progress (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with appropriate support
• A positive, team-focused approach
