Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures. Working under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Trust Administrator or Trust Supervisor, duties will include:
• Statutory Maintenance: Ensuring all statutory records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
• Financial Administration: Inputting payments and identifying receipts as required.
• Documentation: Preparing minutes and resolutions of the Trustee or Board for routine matters.
• Entity Reviews: Assisting with clearing action points arising from annual reviews.
• Liaison: Communicating with clients, intermediaries, and internal departments regarding non-complex legal, accounting, and taxation matters.
• General Administration: Handling daily administrative tasks and assisting with ad hoc project work.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Education: Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Professional Development: A strong willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification, such as the STEP Certificate or Diploma.
• Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Core Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Execution: The ability to meet deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.
