Description
Our client, an international fiduciary provider, is seeking experienced Trust Professionals in Guernsey across several levels, from Administrator through to Assistant Manager.
These are full-time opportunities, with candidates considered on either a permanent or temporary basis.
You will help deliver high-quality administration to a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures. Responsibilities will reflect your experience and may include supervisory duties and supporting junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Portfolio Administration: Manage administrative tasks for companies and trusts, meeting agreed service levels and standards.
• Transactional Work: Process distributions, payments and asset transfers accurately.
• Client Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, identifying and communicating business development opportunities.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, regulatory standards and good business practice.
• Time & Process Management: Record chargeable time accurately and help managers review internal procedures.
• Team Guidance: For senior appointments, supervise junior colleagues and support their development.
• Professional Development: Complete and maintain evidence of at least 20 hours of CPD annually.
About You
• Experience: At least five years’ fiduciary services experience, depending on the level applied for.
• Qualifications: Qualified or close to completing a relevant professional qualification, such as the STEP Diploma or NVQ Level 4 or higher.
• Skills: Strong written and spoken communication, sound fiduciary knowledge and a reliable, self-motivated approach.
• Leadership: Willingness and ability to guide and develop colleagues for senior appointments.
