Are you a dynamic Urban Designer seeking a fresh challenge? Join our established client's Urban Design and contribute to a diverse range of masterplans and urban design projects. You'll play a pivotal role in the development of outline applications, design codes, and supporting documents while overseeing the creation of essential drawings, character assessments, and feasibility studies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver small to middle-sized projects.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Contribute significantly to the realization of large strategic masterplans.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of UK-based experience within an architectural/urban design practice.
• Postgraduate (Master’s) degree in urban design (architecture background preferred; other backgrounds considered based on portfolio and experience).
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills.
• Effective communication skills for seamless teamwork, client engagement, and stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and/or Sketchup rendering/visualization.
• Strong hand-drawn skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Efficient time management and the ability to handle tight deadlines while maintaining focus and professionalism.
• A passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

What is on offer:
Salary between £40,000 - £55,000.
