Our client is looking for a Valuations Surveyor who can take up a role 2 days per week (14.5).
You will join a multi-activity Commercial Estates and Advisory service and you will provide professional property valuation and management advice on the Council's land and property assets. Specifically, you activity will focus on valuations work for residential properties under the Right-to-Buy legislation.
The role will also involve providing valuation advice in other aspects of housing management, including stair-casing valuations for shared ownership properties and leasehold extensions.
We are looking for an established surveyor, capable of managing their own caseload and working effectively to deal with a wide range of property deals and transactions primarily with regard to HRA properties and development project. Previously Local Authority experience is absolutely essential.
The day rate is £442 and our client is based in East London. You will need to be prepared to carry out site work so ideally you will be London based.
