Rhodium Consulting is currently recruiting for a Van Driver on behalf of a well-established electrical wholesaler.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a successful business, delivering electrical products to customers and supporting the branch with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver electrical products to customers across the local area.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately and within the required timeframes.
• Load and unload the company vehicle, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Check orders and delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
• Follow all company procedures relating to health and safety.
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Has previous van driving or delivery experience.
• Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Possesses good communication and customer service skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience within electrical wholesale, trade supplies or a warehouse environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
