Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our clients busy warehouse within a fast-paced electrical wholesale environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a large team, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse functions.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, and returns.
• Identify areas for process enhancement, implement lean practices, and reduce inefficiencies to improve workflow and service levels.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team of warehouse operatives, supervisors, and drivers, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce reports on warehouse productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Assist with the introduction of shift patterns to the business.
Skills / Experience:
• Warehouse Manager experience, ideally in the electrical, building, plumbing (or other merchants) sector.
• Experience of managing / supervising a large team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
• Driving Licence
