The Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative role within a busy plant department. You will play an important part in supporting daily operations, ensuring systems are up to date, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with system updates
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Scanning, filing, and document management
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
• General office duties

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach
• Experience within a plant, parts, or vehicle environment is advantageous

Experience
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Experience in a plant, parts, or vehicle-related role (preferred, not essential)
