We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Worker to join the school’s team and support the development and holistic well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them develop skills in areas such as communication, teamwork and self-regulation.
• Assisting teachers and pastoral staff in behaviour management and delivering tailored learning interventions.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement through structured activities and mentoring.
• Building trusting relationships with students, offering guidance and support to ensure their well-being.
