Mandatory Minimum Requirements(to be included in the CV):
• Master’s Degree at a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimum 13 years of experience with project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, PM2, MSP, MoP, etc.).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).
• Minimum 8 years of experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT governance.
• Experience contributing to and coordinating briefings in the digital area.
• Experience managing corporate governance processes.
• Some experience with Enterprise Architecture modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Experience in cost–benefit analysis or As-Is / To-Be / Gap analysis.
• Experience in team coordination.
• Experience in consulting.
• Experience managing stakeholders and business representatives.
• Experience in the realization of studies.

Tasks:
• Create business architecture models that reflect the organisation’s strategies and goals.
• Integrate project and programme strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities.
• Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.
• Support the rationalisation of IT systems.
• Support the management of corporate governance processes.
• Support the development and operation of project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Coordinate the EPMO function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination.
• Coordinate and contribute to briefing production in the digital transformation area.
• Coordinate contributions to corporate requests in the EA and EPMO areas.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Digital Transformation strategy for DG GROW.
• Contribute to the DRPM processes of GROW.B3.
• Contribute to the application of the principles of the new EC Digital Strategy in DG GROW.
• Conduct cost–benefit analysis.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be situation analysis and gap analysis.
• Prepare and moderate meetings with different levels of stakeholders.
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Conduct research to identify ways to improve organizational processes.
