Qualifications
??????• Completed secondary education and 3 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles.
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Capability to organise delivery schedules.
• Experience with quality control of incoming IT material versus orders.
• Good knowledge of the IT consumer market products.
• Knowledge of workload planning and analysis of user requests.
• Very good skills in MS office applications
Desirable:
• ITIL V4/V5 Foundation Certification - if not already, you are willing to complete it within 3 months of the start.
Duties:
• Support logistics processes, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and receipt of goods.
• Manage physical inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate records and availability of materials.
• Coordinate and maintain stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and inventory updates.
• Plan and create work orders for field technicians based on operational requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate with field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution of activities.
• Monitor logistics and planning activities, identify discrepancies or delays, and provide timely updates and follow-up.
• Maintain correct defined inventory levels for the client's products.
• Develop basic reports on activities and participate in the drafting of operational procedures.
