Location: The Hague, NL

Duties & Role:
Provide project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects:
• Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare governance documentation and reporting for CPP and NSIP.
• Coordinate delivery activities with ACO, SHAPE, NHQ, and other NATO bodies.
• Ensure alignment with outcome based acquisition and support IFB development.

Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Demonstrated project management experience in defence, intelligence, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fundamentals including biometrics, identity intelligence, process exploitation dissemination (PED), collection management, enterprise intelligence services, and data centric security.
• Experience coordinating with ACO stakeholders including Joint Force Commands, SHAPE, and multinational stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CPP and NSIP governance, outcome based acquisition, and RFI/RFP development.
• Ability to manage contractors, technical teams, and cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for senior level reporting and governance documentation.
• Experience supporting capability development, requirements refinement, and operational integration.
