What a wonderful role! This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a dynamic Sales team, playing a pivotal part in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Engaging with client representatives through phone calls and emails.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions
• Attending Meetings – preparing for and attending meetings with Key Account Managers
• Following up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals
• Sales Administration – including case studies, accreditation evidence and quality submissions
• Monitoring online procurement portals to identify and generate sales leads
You will actively manage all incoming leads, identifying actions to be taken by yourself or the sales manager and manage all associated administration and diary management etc.
