As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, reviewing work, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as first point of contact
Overseeing accounts preparation
Preparation of Corporate Tax returns
Supervising and mentoring junior staff
Managing workflow and meeting deadlines
Assisting with staff training and development
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
