An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join a growing Governance Services team in Guernsey and begin or develop a career within financial services.
The successful candidate will provide a broad range of administrative support across a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, while receiving focused mentoring and support towards professional development.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, responsibilities will include:
• Providing ongoing administration support for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
• Assisting with day-to-day client administration and transactions.
• Supporting the delivery of a high standard of client service.
• Assisting with client due diligence and client acceptance processes.
• Managing and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting work in progress monitoring and debt collection activities where required.
• Building positive working relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues.
• Ensuring administration is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
The Candidate

The successful candidate should have:
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to learning and professional development.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible and collaborative approach.
• A genuine interest in building a career within corporate and fiduciary services.
• Motivation to study towards, or already be studying for, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
Previous experience in corporate, trust or fiduciary administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
