Description

A respected financial services provider is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Client Servicing Team in Guernsey. This is a non-client facing role, ideal for someone with a background in retirement product administration and a strong grasp of financial processes.

About the Role
The successful applicant will play a key role in the behind-the-scenes administration of retirement products, working closely with internal teams to process documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. This role provides an opportunity to gain insight into trust and company administration while working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Process administrative tasks related to retirement products.
• Maintain records using systems such as Viewpoint.
• Follow structured checklists for accurate task execution.
• Prepare and dispatch documents including transfer forms and investment applications.
• Draft trustee minutes and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Team to provide updates.
• Support the company’s mission, vision, and values in all activities.

What You’ll Need
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Mathematics.

Experience:
• 2–3 years in a financial services role (essential).
• Experience in pension administration (desirable).

Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with client records systems and financial compliance requirements.
• Understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and client due diligence.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional discretion and the ability to escalate appropriately when needed.
