Description
Our client is an established provider of private client, corporate and fund administration services, operating across multiple international jurisdictions. The business is known for its client-focused approach, strong governance standards and continued investment in its people, systems and processes.
Role
This position sits within the Regulatory Business team and offers the opportunity to join at either Administrator or Senior Administrator level, depending on experience.
The role supports the business at the point of client take-on and through ongoing regulatory oversight, ensuring client due diligence and regulatory obligations are met to a high standard. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and exposure to regulatory processes across a range of structures.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct client due diligence for new business, including investor onboarding and risk assessments
• Review and manage new investor applications and ongoing monitoring requirements
• Undertake PEP and sanctions screening, periodic reviews and CDD updates
• Prepare documentation for internal committees and draft accurate meeting minutes
• Assist with GFSC applications, forms and regulatory submissions
• Collate information for regulatory returns and liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Respond to client queries and support internal teams with due diligence requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored appropriately
• Support basic company secretarial tasks where required
• Stay up to date with regulatory and statutory developments
Person specification
• Experience within a similar role in financial services
• Understanding of GFSC regulations and AML requirements
• Knowledge of collective investment schemes is advantageous
• Working towards or willing to undertake a compliance or AML qualification
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
