Rhodium Consulting are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high-quality kitchen and bedroom furniture, to recruit an Administrator for their team in Croydon.
This fast-paced role involves collaborating with the Design and Manufacturing team to ensure our customers receive excellent end to end service from the point they place an order, through to delivery & post installation.
You will be confident and experienced in communicating with people at all levels and can quickly build trust and rapport both internally and externally.
This permanent position offers a great opportunity for a candidate who is already working in a order processing / production planner role who is seeking their next challenge!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage trade & retail customer orders.
• Obtain approvals from our clients and liaise with them regarding delivery dates.
• Check furniture schedules against CAD drawings before material orders are submitted prior to manufacture.
• Provide regular contact with our trade & retail customers, suppliers, project managers & kitchen installers etc. to ensure that projects run smoothly.
• Take responsibility for dealing with prospective & past orders, product and delivery queries.
• Work in collaboration with our Technical Sales Administrator & Production Manager to ensure that orders are processed accurately & efficiently to guarantee that we deliver to our customers on time & in full.
• Support and provide basic cover for the office team.
Previous experience required:
• Previous experience within administration
• Able to demonstrate confidence and capability in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with excellent people skills.
• Good numerical skills.
• Attention to detail essential.
• I.T literate, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
