Our Bedfont based client is seeking an Air Export Gateway Clerk
Working in modern offices and with a dynamic team to process and consolidate air export shipments.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and close Consolidations
• Prepare and maintain allocations
• Coordinating air exports with all branches.
• Communication with airlines
• Checking Post flights
• Completing non-conformances on airlines
• Compile information for carrier reviews
• Produce monthly airline schedule
• Maintaining Airline Rates database
• Verify CASS billing
• Producing Transit Reports
• Liaise with Transport and Warehouse Departments
• Complete weekly / monthly / annual reporting to Manager
• Support Manager and department to achieve and exceed Corporate and Regional Goals

Previous Experience required:-
• 2-3 years experience import/export office preferable
• Knowledge of Airline Routings
• Knowledge of ULD building
• Strong local Market knowledge
• Good communication and customer service skills

4 on 4off , Dayshift 6am - 6pm
