Our client is a specialist Freight Forwarder looking to recruit a Security Crew Member to join their team

Security Crew Members are required to work in a customer focused environment and to ensure the protection of personnel
and shipments for which the company is responsible. This position requires strict following of rules and procedures to protect and safeguard the transports and it's property.

Duties:

• Performing pickups and deliveries of high value shipments
• Loading and unloading the armoured vehicle
• Ensuring the safety and protection of assets at all times
• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
• Driving an armoured vehicle and following road safety regulations
• Completing daily reports and check of the vehicle

Requirements:

• Must hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• Holding an SIA licence is an advantage but not essential

This role requires references to be provided for the last 5 years as well as a successful DBS check

Hours – Alternating shift pattern Mon - Fri of earlies 6am start and lates 10pm depending on needs of the business
Plus overtime opportunities
Optional weekend work at enhanced rate

Salary From £31,500k increasing to 32K after 6 months
