Looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to work as part of a busy team based in Colnbrook.

You will be looking after VIP clients handling shipments from start to finish including quotations, dealing with overseas agents, export Customs Entries and invoicing.
Occasionally arranging road freight shipments entries & 1 i's declarations
Minimum of 3-4 years Air Freight experience is essential and some knowledge of shipping pharmaceutical products would be an advantage.

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Working Monday to Friday and there is an Export on call rota (1 week in10) would include weekend coverage (remotely 6pm Friday -9am Friday) for which a generous call out allowance is paid.

Experience required:
Min 4 years air export experience with excellent communication and customer care skills.
Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given
Good excel skills

Salary is up to £40K plus call out allowance plus team bonus.
