Our client is a well established independent Forwarder looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to join their team.

You will work as part of a small team handling specialist export shipments and delivering a high level of customer service to several key clients.

Job role duties to include:-
Ensuring all export shipments are collected and export documentation are in order
Ensuring customs entries are completed using correct CPC codes
Completing quotations for new and existing clients
Sending flight details to clients
Pre Alert to overseas' agents are done
Liaising with overseas' agents with regards to delivery of shipment
Ensuring Boxtop system is fully updated with shipment details, documents saved on file airline and overseas' agent costs are accrued

Previous 1-2 years experience in Air Freight Exports is essential.
Desirable to have previous knowledge of Boxtop and Ecustoms
Monday - Friday 0900hrs 17.30hrs
