About the Role

The Assistant Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting the effective administration of a varied portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery. You will work closely with the team to assist in managing client expectations, attending to fund and corporate structures, and ensuring adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with the administration of client relationships, including fund and corporate structures.
• Processing payments and maintaining trackers, logs, and checklists.
• Supporting preparation for board meetings, including drafting reports and collating documentation.
• Attending client board meetings alongside senior colleagues.
• Drafting board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Assisting in ensuring company boards adhere to good governance practices.
• Liaising with professional third-party firms and Directors as required.
• Assisting with capital calls, distributions, and investment transaction documentation.
• Supporting adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in company-wide initiatives and objectives.
About You
• Ideally, some experience in financial services or funds; however, committed school or university leavers will also be considered.
• Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.
