An international professional services firm operating across corporate, trust and fund administration is seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager & Nominated Officer to join its Guernsey Compliance team.

The role involves supporting regulatory compliance across the business, including client onboarding sign-off, risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, regulatory filings and audit support. The position also includes Nominated Officer responsibilities, working closely with and supporting the MLRO.

Candidates should ideally have 5 years’ experience in a similar compliance role within funds, fiduciary or private wealth services, with strong regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills. An ICA Diploma is preferred or a willingness to study towards it.
