This is an exciting opportunity to join a global financial institution, taking on a pivotal position within the Fiduciary Investment Review team. With responsibility spanning investment risk oversight and portfolio performance monitoring across multiple jurisdictions, this role is central to ensuring regulatory and policy alignment throughout the Group’s fiduciary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the management of the investment review team, undertaking reviews of client portfolios across Group Trust jurisdictions.
• Ensuring investment reviews comply with Group policy and relevant regulation.
• Conducting internal assessments of investment portfolios against market benchmarks and peer groups.
• Assisting with relationship management of external service providers supporting the investment review process.
• Liaising with third-party investment managers and other external parties on performance and risk matters.
• Reviewing trust documentation to determine the nature and frequency of required investment reviews.
• Supporting the remediation and enhancement of data within core administration systems.
• Preparing and reformatting data for use by a range of internal stakeholders.
• Assisting the Team Manager in preparing for and leading Fiduciary Investment Committee meetings across jurisdictions.
• Contributing to new projects and strategic initiatives within the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Strong Excel proficiency, sound analytical ability, and an organised approach are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams effectively. An interest in investment markets and portfolio management is highly desirable.
