Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Trust & Corporate Services division of a highly regarded international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in client relationship management, technical oversight, and leadership of the administration team. This position offers the chance to work closely with the Board on strategic direction and ensure service excellence across a varied portfolio.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as primary Client Manager for all relationships within the team and ensuring timely responses to all client communications.
• Providing high-level technical support to internal teams, clients, and intermediaries, including attending client meetings and business trips as required.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality client service levels with appropriate oversight processes and workflows.
• Serving as a “B” signatory and ensuring all transactional work is processed effectively.
• Overseeing UK client meetings and incorporating team participation to support client engagement and staff development.
• Working alongside the Board of Directors to support the strategic direction and development of administration functions.
• Completing and overseeing annual client reviews and periodic review tasks.
• Collaborating with the Risk Team to ensure regulatory requirements are met and deficiencies addressed swiftly.
• Ensuring the timely completion of financial reporting tasks, including signing financial statements and responding to accounting queries.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members in line with company management frameworks.
• Contributing to internal projects, regulatory communications, and management meetings as required.
• Demonstrating and promoting the organisation’s core values, including Client Focus, Excellence in Execution, Integrity, and Leadership.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA, with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience or at least 10 years in the fiduciary industry. They will have a strong technical understanding of trust and corporate structures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. A positive and proactive approach, combined with sound judgement, regulatory awareness, and proven management capability, is essential.
