Our client is a well-established, director-led private client firm with a long-standing presence in Guernsey and an international outlook. The Role
This is a permanent position within the Family Office Team, supporting and deputising for the Trust Manager in the day-to-day management of the team. The role combines technical trust work with oversight responsibilities, ensuring high standards of client service, governance and regulatory compliance.

About You
The successful candidate will have sound technical knowledge within the trust arena, including an understanding of tax, registry requirements and corporate governance. STEP or CGI qualification (or equivalent) is required, together with ongoing CPD compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision are essential. The role also requires proven analytical skills, a commercial approach to decision-making, and the ability to support, develop and motivate others while demonstrating integrity, discretion and professionalism.
