Key Responsibilities
Managing a mixed portfolio of audit and accounts clients across various sectors
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
Reviewing financial statements, tax computations, and working papers
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Supporting Partners with advisory projects and business development where required
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing audits and accounts engagements
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple workloads effectively
