Key Responsibilities
Oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounts, tax, and advisory services
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maintain exceptional service standards
Review statutory accounts and management accounts, providing technical guidance where required
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive support and insights
Drive process improvements and support the implementation of new systems
Collaborate with partners on strategic planning and business development initiatives

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge across accounts production and general practice compliance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
