Responsibilities
Preparation of year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
VAT returns and general bookkeeping duties
Assisting with client queries and providing proactive support
Supporting junior staff and reviewing their work where required
Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies
Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiency
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACCA/ACA part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong IT skills, including experience with cloud accounting software
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
