Key Responsibilities
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
Preparing and reviewing accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional and confident manner
Supervising and supporting junior members of the team on both audit and accounts assignments
Assisting managers and partners on more complex assignments and technical matters
Managing your own workload effectively and ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience leading audit assignments and preparing accounts for a range of client types
Good working knowledge of UK auditing standards and accountancy software such as Xero or Sage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident client-facing manner
Well organised with a proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to progress within practice
