As Audit Senior, you will lead assignments from planning through to completion across a varied and interesting portfolio of clients, develop junior members of the team, and build the kind of direct and trusted client relationships that are central to a successful career in audit. Key Responsibilities
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
Preparing and reviewing audit files, ensuring work meets the highest technical standards
Supervising and coaching junior members of the audit team on assignments
Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners
Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior team members effectively
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
