Description

Business Services Assistant Manager
Ref: CWK772
Salary: £52,000 - £64,000 (DOE)
This is a specialist Business Services Assistant Manager opportunity with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in London, working with a varied and prestigious client base that includes owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial families, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment works exclusively within the accountancy profession, and the team brings a targeted and considered approach to every search it undertakes in the private client space, taking the time to properly understand both the technical requirements and the cultural fit before making any introduction.

The role goes well beyond standard accounts preparation, with exposure to complex client structures including trusts, partnerships, and landed estates, alongside advisory work and direct client relationship management. You will liaise closely with specialist teams across the firm, support partners in delivering a high-quality service, and play an active role in developing junior staff. Study support towards further qualifications is available, alongside a clear pathway for progression within a team that works at the top end of the private client market. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency. References to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.

Please note that Crowe Watson Recruitment is unable to assist with sponsorship applications; all candidates must have the right to work in the UK without restriction.
