This is a senior and influential Audit Senior Manager opportunity with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol, sitting within a well-regarded and growing audit practice that has the client base, the team, and the strategic ambition to offer a genuinely outstanding platform for any accomplished audit professional who is ready to operate at the highest level and make a real and lasting impact, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment has a deep and well-established understanding of the Bristol accountancy market, and the audit space is one the team knows particularly well at senior level. Searches of this nature require a different kind of conversation, one that goes beyond CVs and job descriptions to properly understand the strategic objectives of the firm and the genuine career motivations of the individual, and Crowe Watson is well practised in having those conversations with the seriousness and care they deserve. For a move of this significance, Crowe Watson is the right partner to have alongside you.

Bristol’s commercial landscape is broad, diverse, and increasingly sophisticated, and this firm’s audit client base reflects that well, offering a range of sectors, business sizes, and levels of complexity that will keep any senior audit professional genuinely engaged and consistently challenged. As Audit Senior Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering the firm’s audit offering, overseeing a varied and technically demanding client portfolio, driving the development of managers and junior staff, and working in close partnership with partners on strategy, business development, and the continued growth of the practice. For an audit professional of genuine seniority who is ready to take a meaningful step towards partnership in a firm with real ambition, this is a compelling opportunity. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
