Key Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
Assisting managers and partners on more complex assignments and technical matters
Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional and confident manner
Supporting the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns as required
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to their development
Managing your own workload effectively and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a solid background in accounts preparation
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience preparing accounts for a range of client types to a high standard
Good working knowledge of accountancy software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing manner
Well organised with a proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to progress within practice
