Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
Support, supervise, and develop junior members of the audit team
Review work completed by audit staff and provide constructive feedback
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Assist with technical queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
