Key Responsibilities
Lead and support audit engagements from planning through to completion
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
Review audit work to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Work closely with management to drive quality and efficiency improvements

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
