As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a diverse client portfolio across a range of sectors. You’ll manage audits from planning through to completion, supporting junior team members and ensuring high-quality work in line with professional standards. You will also work closely with Partners and Senior Managers, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and complex assignments, helping to shape your technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
Liaise with clients and Partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
