Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of audit assignments
Lead and mentor junior staff, providing training and support
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Review and finalise audit work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Work closely with Partners on business development and strategic planning
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
